After doing numerous beach couples sessions, this one has to be one of my favorites to date.
We planned our session at Island Beach State Park in mid March when the air was still cool and crisp. Melissa + Chris were cozied up as we ran around the beach, got caught in the gusts of wind and watched as the golden light turned to fluorescent pink & orange.
For me, it’s not the posed moments that I feel the most drawn to. It’s the in between when you’re brushing your hair out of your face, belly laughing from rolling around in the sand, and soft stolen glances of love that happen in very brief moments. Those moments between Melissa + Chris are what made this chilly beach session full of laughter & prescious memories.
